You are facing a difficult problem or intense pressure to start with. An issue comes up that you want quick advice on. Inevitably you need to contain your costs. Recognising this we offer our clients free phone access to us should the need arise and in our experience it does.

Our reputation rides on the quality of work and advice we give. We are implementers who enjoy delivering positive results. When we conclude an assignment we do not just walk away. About six weeks after completion we visit you for a progress meeting - free. We want to be sure everything is working to your satisfaction and whether any refinements may be necessary.

Business improvement and Company Turnarounds, because of their nature, require quick and urgent attention. Time is normally of the essence and all the stakeholders are looking for comfort and positive results. Events must be tightly managed to avoid corporate insolvency.

Within a few of days we will have completed a thorough overview of the business using financial, management and operational reports including interviews with yourself and key managers.

The next stage results in a report indicating key issues, opportunities, recommendations and a timetable for implementation. We then work closely with you and your team to re-engineer the business and deliver the desired results. Sometimes this includes critical meetings with Banks, creditors and other agencies. We provide you with the necessary management tools to keep the business on track using your own team.

Our view is profitability is not optional and cash and margins are sacred. You run your business for many reasons and one very important one is to make a profit. We strive to do everything possible to increase your overall profitability and help you retain control of your company.

Strategic Planning and Implementation involves working with the owners of the Company for up to a full day discussing many elements of the business in a structured way. Issues and conclusions will be drawn from this meeting and will be reported back within two weeks highlighting a suggested action plan, timetable and measurement tools. Too often we see companies with no strategy, an ill conceived strategy or an out of date strategic business plan. Companies that have a well thought out plan tend to perform best in their sector.
