During the life cycle of most companies they go through a series of peaks and troughs and certainly as they move into a mature stage the demands on management to maintain reasonable profit levels can be quite taxing. Similarly start-ups and new companies struggle with achieving adequate profit levels as the strive to reach important critical mass.

The business recovery process we tend to go through is:

Quite often the owners know what areas of the business need fixing or are under-performing, have tried to resolve them unsuccessfully, do not have the time or resource to deal with it or are unsure how to address the issues. Sometimes they are concerned that whilst the company is performing OK that is not good enough and therefore they want help in putting in place a whole raft of improvements in order to raise profit levels and effectiveness. We work closely with the relevant executives through all stages of the process. We act as a facilitator, driving force and catalyst to make sure positive things happen swiftly. Our purpose is to ensure that the management team is left in a position where they can continue driving the business forward using our recommendations with minimal or no further involvement from ourselves unless requested.

The service package is the same as with Company Turnarounds but alternatively can be conducted on a project fee basis.
